Waves Upgrades All
Processors to Version 3.0New Features, New Interfaces, Higher Resolution, No Dongles September 24, 2000WAVES LTD., supplier of DSP software for
the professional audio and multimedia markets, has announced a version 3.0 revision on their family of
acclaimed audio processors. Version 3.0 includes the new Renaissance Collection, with the Renaissance EQ,
Renaissance Compressor, and the new Renaissance Reverberator, more processors in every bundle, 48 bit double
precision processing on several processors exclusive to TDM users, graphical enhancements, and all new
interfaces. In addition, many of the native processors now have 88.2/96kHz support. Waves has discontinued the
dongle as copy protection scheme, employing the challenge/response system with easy online authorization.
The Waves Gold TDM and Gold Native Bundles now contain:
- C4 Multiband Parametric Processor (now 48 bit dithered to 24 bit output for TDM users)
