Waves Upgrades All Processors to Version 3.0 New Features, New Interfaces, Higher Resolution, No Dongles September 24, 2000 WAVES LTD., supplier of DSP software for the professional audio and multimedia markets, has announced a version 3.0 revision on their family of acclaimed audio processors. Version 3.0 includes the new Renaissance Collection, with the Renaissance EQ, Renaissance Compressor, and the new Renaissance Reverberator, more processors in every bundle, 48 bit double precision processing on several processors exclusive to TDM users, graphical enhancements, and all new interfaces. In addition, many of the native processors now have 88.2/96kHz support. Waves has discontinued the dongle as copy protection scheme, employing the challenge/response system with easy online authorization.
