New Models Joins EV's MA Series Mixer/Amps at AES

October 8, 2002

EV introduced new models to the MA Series of EV Professional Mixer/Amplifiers at this year's AES. These new professional rack mount mixer amplifiers are designed for larger BGM/paging and public address system installations where expandability and flexibility is the ticket. These new units provide exceptional value, are loaded with features and are easy to install in a variety of system designs.

The addition of new models to the MA Series of EV professional mixer amplifiers expands EV's commitment to professional sound contractor needs in a wide variety of applications. Key markets and applications include warehouses, shopping malls, retail stores, houses of worship, office lobbies, hotel conference rooms, dentist/doctor waiting rooms, and any other installation that involves background music and paging.

The MA Series provides many key advantages for today's professional sound contractor and installer. The MA Series mixer amplifiers feature 10 balanced mic or line inputs -- all are available with 24v phantom power and two auxiliary stereo-summing inputs with 4 level sensitivity adjustment. Available in 60- or 120-watt models, new MA models also feature balanced line-level output for adding additional power amplifiers. 24 volt powered operation is available for emergency power requirements and all models feature adjustable level telephone paging input and independently adjustable low power monitor output. Additionally, integrated "rack ears" allow for rack mounting without additional accessories.

  • MA-1206, 60-watt professional 12 input mixer/amplifier. Telephone paging input ready and 2 stereo inputs. Compatible with 1400 series power amplifiers. 110/120 vac operation.
  • MA-1206, 120-watt professional 12 input mixer/amplifier. Compatible with 1400 series power amplifiers. 110/120 vac operation.
