Syntrillium Loop Library to be Offers on CDDouble-CD sets will pair Loopology.com's 2,000-loop library
with new 32-bit genre-specific loops October 9, 2002The success of Loopology.com, Syntrillium Software's free library of music loops, has led the company to offer a series of CD releases containing new high resolution loops along with Loopology.com's 2,000-loop core collection.
Three double-CD releases are planned, each featuring a different musical genre. Each set will include the company's core library of 2,000 mp3PRO-compressed loops, 32-bit .WAV versions of core collection loops that match the set's genre, and additional 32-bit .WAV versions of genre loops not available on Loopology.com
"Our decision to offer these sets comes in response to the many requests we've received for CD versions of our loops," said Bob Ellison, Syntrillium Software Corp. President. "But rather than just release our library as-is, we decided to offer brand new high-resolution loops along with the Loopology core collection of compressed loops, which we believe represents an unprecedented value."
Each CD will offer new 32-bit loops in one of three genres: techno, acoustic jazz and rock. The releases will be available directly from Syntrillium in early December at $49.00 each.
