Trillium Lane Launches TL Metro and TL InTune for Pro Tools

Trillium Lane Labs, a developer of audio software for professionals in the recording and post-production industries, announced its first new products for the Digidesign Pro Tools platform - TL Metro and TL InTune. Both products are available for the Apple Macintosh. TL Metro and TL InTune represent a new class of utility plug-ins designed to enhance the quality of musical performances captured in Pro Tools.

TL Metro provides essential metronome and click track functions for musicians during Pro Tools based recording sessions, in tempos ranging from 50 bpm up to 250 bpm. TL Metro ships with a wide variety of percussion samples ideal for ensuring musicians stay in time, and supports independent samples and volume levels for quarter, eighth and sixteenth notes in addition to triplets and a tap tempo function. The timing and samples used in TL Metro can be customized extensively to provide the perfect rhythmic accompaniment to any type of music.
TL InTune is the first software tuner for the Pro Tools platform, offering the features and performance of expensive rack mounted digital tuners in the convenience of a Pro Tools TDM plug-in. TL InTune provides accurate and rapid tuning for a wide range of musical instruments directly inside the context of a Pro Tools session, saving valuable studio time and adding a level of unprecedented convenience for musicians and studio engineers. In addition, TL InTune can act as an electronic tuning fork and produce a wide range of reference tones. TL InTune ships with presets covering over 20 different guitar tuning types. Trillium Lane Labs plans to offer additional tuning presets for download from the Trillium Lane Labs website.
