New Trident Rackmount Single Channel Strip - the S40

The S40 single channel strip is one of the latest products John Oram. This unit features a mic pre based on his TSM design, an EQ, from the Series 80 with filters from the TSM and a compressor / limiter based on his ORAM Sonicomp circuitry. There is a front panel mounted instrument input. The unit housed in a 2U rack case has a self contained power supply and is finished in the traditional black anodised with aluminum control knobs styling. The output levels and gain reduction are monitored on a neat circular VU meter which is dual color illuminated.

The list price is $2995 although some introductory deals are being offered on initial sales.

To complement the S40, there is available the S20 Dual Mic Pre with TSM filters, the S80 Dual Series 80 channel clone and the S100 8 channel into 3 stereo busses rack mixer.
