Trident Audio Announces the Series 80 5.1 Console

The original Trident Audio Developments Series 80 is well known. This new console - the Series 80 5.1 - from Trident Audio not only looks as good with black anodised panels and aluminum control knobs but has the exact same patented John Oram EQ sound. What has been added is more aux sends and stereo returns with routing and EQ. Logic control means more functions which are easier to manage than in the original design. The center master section has a two channel Hi-Def Eq and a sonicomp compressor/limiter. A finalised 2-mix master straight from the board. Time has moved on and this console combines all that was great from the early days of recording with surround sound, 5.1 mix and playback facilities and more. When combined with the remote patchbay and silent running power supply the Series 80 5.1 delivers vintage sound for today's music. This console has the ability to combine twenty-four century modules from the ORAM BEQ PRO-24 Series consoles into the same frame as this Trident Series 80 5.1 giving the studio the best of all worlds. A moving fader and mute automation system is available as an optional extra. A fully automated console, with remote palladium contact patchbay is available with 48 inputs for under $100,000.
