Sony Restructures and Expands Loop and Sample Libraries

Sony has restructured its Loops for ACID libraries into the new "Sony Sound Series: Loops & Samples" line. The new versions now feature three tiers: Premium Collection ($99.95, MSRP), Standards Collection ($59.95, MSRP) and Classics Collection ($29.95, MSRP).
The three new categories of loops and samples offer increased depth, flexibility and variety not only for the music creation and production community, but also for producers who need content for film scoring and audio sweetening.
Optimized for use in Sony's ACID music creation programs, these collections of WAV files can be used in any PC or Macintosh program that supports this format. Applications that recognize the ACID file format metadata will benefit from being able to use this information for time stretching and pitch shifting purposes as well.
