AES Preview: StompIO Controller for AmpliTube 2

After 2 years of development, IK has released details of its first hardware product: AmpliTube StompIO, a new USB foot controller designed to be fully integrated with the soon to be released AmpliTube 2 guitar and FX modeling plug-in.

StompIO will offer the same feeling of working with traditional floor-processors, but with vast modeling power. 10 foot switches, 7 knobs, 2 large displays, up to 6 configurable external controllers, MIDI IN/OUT, hi-quality direct IN, USB, S/PDIF, balanced/unbalanced stereo OUT and more, all in a rugged metal construction allows you to navigate to all of AmpliTube 2's thousands of amps and sounds. This software/hardware system gives you direct access to over 4000 instantly playable presets for a monstrous sound set-up.
