Maximizer, has provided a clear solution for broadcasters faced with the
challenges of modern audio production, according to Ed Simeone, Managing

The DBMAX II features 24 bit A/D and D/A converters, an auto hardware
analog signal bypass function (allowing signal to pass through even if the
unit is off), a new EQ with a multiband clipper function, 5 bands of
expansion, compression and limiting, a new adaptive automatic gain
controller, all combined with the ability to simultaneously insert multiple
signal processing functions both pre and post. It is FM, AM, TV, and DAB
compatible and shipped to conform to all major standards worldwide, and
offers optimized broadcast-specific presets such as commercials, talk
