Champion Duplicators is introducing a new edition to the Comet family of printer-autoloaders
during the Comdex Las Vegas 1998 show.
The Champion Comet Pro provides users with an industrial, compact, desktop
solution for automated laser-quality thermal CD-R printing. The fifty disc capacity
hoppers eliminate the need to stand around and manually load CD-Rs into a printer.
The singulation method is similar to that of Champion's TraxCopier, the 150-disc
standalone CD-R duplicator, in that it transfers a disc down from the input hopper
into the printer tray. When the CD-R is compete, the revolutionary loading mechanism
delivers the disc to the output hopper safely and gently.
The Champion Comet Pro comes bundled with the Rimage Perfect Image Printer
and CD graphics creation software to connect to your personal computer! This printer
solution is the closest thing to silk-screen printing for quality and speed.
