Champion TraxCopier EL Desktop CD Duplicator
March 25, 1999
Before the dust can settle, Champion Duplicators Incorporated
releases its sixth desktop CD duplication system in eighteen months: The TraxCopier
EL. It's the answer to the future of desktop CD duplication, peerless in simplicity,
reliability, design and price-point.
Because simplicity is important to customers, the EL makes CD duplication photocopier-easy.
Users spend minutes setting up the system, loading discs and beginning a copy
job. Minutes later (depending on file size), the copies are complete and ready
to be retrieved from the output hopper.
Nobody knows duplication equipment like Champion. Their experience designed
the patented turn-table loading mechanism known for its reliable and safe loading
of CDs into and out of the writers. The EL stacks 50 caddyless discs in the
input hopper, then singulates them to the internal 4x-writer. After duplication,
the discs are placed in the output hopper.
Like other Champion duplicators, the EL features batch mode copying, an internal
hard-drive for online master storage and convenient access to interior parts.
Add to this a contemporary and attractive design to complete the uniqueness
of the product.
"When users talk about what they want in duplication equipment, we sit
up and listen," says Dale Brown, President of Champion. "They're asking
for a reliable, user-friendly duplicator with tremendous growth capacity at
a fraction of the cost of other duplicators."
Growth-capacity is an integral factor in the ELpc, the PC-hosted version of
the EL duplicator. With the ELpc, users can network up to four systems on a
single PC running Champion's CD Commander software. The software also supports
more formats. Networking four systems will produce a minimum of 12 full CDs
per hour.
The EL is an attractive choice, starting below $4,000.
