September 24, 2001Today's drummers often get themselves into some tight situations. Whether
it's a rehearsal, a studio class, or a small stage, the space designated for
setting up the drum kit is sometimes very limited. Ludwig now offers the
Classic Birch Gig-Lite Outfit, designed to easily transport and set up
quickly in tight spaces.
The four-piece outfit includes a bass drum and toms that are half the size
in depth, but sound as big as ever. Made in the USA, Gig-Lite features
include double silver Keystone badges, half-size Classic Birch shells, mini
lugs, modular pedal, Ludwig mounting system, coated drumheads and Accent
folding spurs.
The outfit is made up of an 8"x20" bass, 6"x13" floor
(hanging), 5"x10" tom, 3"x13" snare drum, and includes the 800 Series cymbal
stands and Hi-Hat, and 600 Series snare stand. Gig-Lite is available in
Silver Sparkle wrapped finish only, and can be ordered with or without
stands.
