Digidesign has announced that the Access Virus Indigo TDM plug-in is
now shipping.
Access Virus Indigo integrates the signature sound of the
award-winning Access synthesizer into the Pro Tools environment with significantly more
parameters and functions than included with the original Virus TDM plug in.
Some of the new features (in comparison to the Virus TDM) are:
- 3rd main oscillator
- Additional effects such as: Reverb, Groove Delay, Phaser, Envelope Follower, Patch Distortion, Lofi Modules
- Additional FM modes
- Easy Page for intuitive patch manipulation
- Support for 96khz sessions
- 20 Voices per DSP (on a Protools|HD System)
- 16 Voices oer DSP (on a Protools Mix System)
MSRP for Access Virus Indigo 2.0 is $795 US. For registered Virus TDM 1.x users,
an upgrade is available for $95 US from Digidesign's Customer Service department.
