New from Coyote R&D is the Musi-Can PC digital audio workstation -- a 1U high, 13 inch deep, high performance, rackmount PC that can stream hundreds of voices from soft-samplers or soft-synthesizers.

The Musi-Can is a ready to go, out of the box, turnkey computer solution for the musician. You can drop it into any Mac or PC environment, using Coyote R&D's remote control software to command an entire rack of Musi-Cans from a single PC or Mac, without the need for any additional monitors, mice, keyboards, or KVM switchboxes.

In addition, Coyote R&D has also released a cross-platform MIDI-over-network drivers for both PC and Mac. With up to 256 MIDI ports per machine, each Musi-Can has a fat MIDI pipe with 3000x the bandwidth of a standard MIDI cable -- all automatically configured, all automatically routed.
